Returns & Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return the product within 14 calendar days of your purchase being delivered. You can choose to exchange the product, return it, or get a refund. Partial refunds are also possible. Please note that products must be returned in the same condition you received them AND be sent with the national postal service of your country WITH a tracking number. If they are not, you will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

In addition to refunding your purchase, we will also refund you 50% of the return shipping cost (after you send us an official digital document showing how much you paid).

Useful Tip: If there is something wrong with your delivery, take a few pictures showing the problem immediately after you receive your package and begin the refund process that way. It'll help a lot.

Customers are responsible for any sales tax, VAT, customs, duties, etc. that may arise. We cannot accept returns/refunds for orders you refuse to take delivery of due to sales tax, VAT, customs, duties, etc.
