Shipping & Delivery
We ship exclusively with FedEx or UPS. Barring unforeseeable delays, customers normally receive their orders within four business days.
We process orders every business day, working with great care to cover every part of your rocks with multiple layers of bubble wrap, and, depending on the situation, Styrofoam and other packaging materials. We put carton separators between agate halves. Tape does not touch the rocks during packing.
We always ship and give the tracking number in one business day, unless otherwise stated in a product page.
Customers are responsible for any sales tax, VAT, customs, duties, etc. that may arise. We cannot accept returns/refunds for orders you refuse to take delivery of due to sales tax, VAT, customs, duties, etc.
